Our People

Greg Wood - President / Founder

Greg founded Woodhouse in 2009 after seeing a need for a company that not only understands the fundamental underpinnings of social media but also provides products and services that help brands activate strategies and achieve tangible business and marketing results.

Prior to founding Woodhouse, Greg held executive roles at some of the worlds leading advertising and marketing agencies including McCann Worldwide, Mullen, Digitas and BEAM Interactive. Greg ‘s client experience covers virtually every industry and includes such notable brands as Cadillac, eBay, Morgan Stanley, Walmart, Proctor & Gamble, Turner Broadcasting, and Johnson & Johnson.

At Woodhouse, Greg is responsible for the overall leadership of the agency. Greg knows that the most important part of his job is to find, motivate and lead extraordinary and talented individuals and to foster a culture of “collective performance.”

Greg is an active member of several non profit organizations and currently serves as the Vice President of the Board for the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. Greg Holds a BA from Providence College and a MS, Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Scott McCourt - Principal

With 12 years in digital marketing and advertising and 17 years in publisher business development, Scott brings a wealth of experience to his sales management, marketing and business development role to Woodhouse. His consultative approach has allowed him to create and execute successful marketing programs for clients ranging from small businesses to the Fortune 500. Scott joined Woodhouse from Third Screen Media where he led the company’s sales efforts and was involved in its acquisition by AOL.

Third Screen Media pioneered marketing and advertising solutions on mobile devices and built the leading mobile advertising network. Prior to Third Screen Scott spent 7 years at the Wall Street Journal in sales and sales management roles. Before joining the Wall Street Journal, Scott held sales roles in the technology trade publishing industry including Mecklermedia (Internet World), CMP (CRN), and Ziff-Davis (PC Week).

At Woodhouse Scott leads partnership and sales development. He brings a total commitment to client satisfaction by providing goal-oriented, actionable solutions based on an in-depth understanding of client needs. He earned his BS in Finance at Fairfield University.

Donna Sullivan - Director of Community Management

Donna Sullivan is the Director of Community Management for Woodhouse where she works on the strategic development, and manages daily community engagement and editorial strategy for various online communities.

She has over eighteen years of media and communications experience. She has worked in radio, print and television as a writer, producer and on-air talent.

As an Account Director at Cramer Productions, she was responsible for video, web, trade show, and event marketing projects for clients such as; Ocean Spray, Hasbro Interactive, Rockwell Automation, Boston Scientific and State Street Bank. She also worked as a marketing manager for Sony in Los Angeles, on a joint product development project with Microsoft. Donna served as a “technology evangelist” who planned and presented industry forums to major film studios, music executives, and digital content providers to discuss issues surrounding the advent of digital interactive capabilities, and defining the challenges and opportunities of these new technologies.

Donna lives with her husband, three children and two dogs. She volunteers and works at a center that supports children with autism and provides job training to disabled adults.

Involvement in social media is a passion of Donna’s. She contributes to several parenting blogs and initiatives in the MS community.

Shawn FitzMaurice - Director of Business Development and Marketing

Shawn has been leading large scale marketing efforts for over 15 years at companies and agencies such as Arnold Worldwide, Fidelity Investments, Lowe Advertising, and Citizen’s bank. Name a marketing discipline or channel and Shawn has mastered it and innovated new approaches. His experience ranges from conceptualizing and launching Fidelity Investment’s first-ever direct response TV advertising to creating an innovative content and SEO approach for a large retailer to running a CRM program for Citizen’s bank that generated over 1.2 billion in sales.

At Arnold Worldwide, Shawn was responsible for new business and marketing of the agency and he brings this experience to Woodhouse.

Shawn is responsible for Woodhouse new business development and marketing. In this role, Shawn works hard to find and develop relationships with mid to large sized brands that have decided that they need a partner to help them innovative and succeed with social media efforts.

Shawn has his MBA, Marketing from Boston University and his BA from Holy Cross. He is active in his community and is den leader for his son’s cub scout troop.
